Bloggers Meet Part Duh

Peanut Snail Rescuer! She wanted to take them home but Mom said no.

Peanut's first bite of Sam & Ella's great pizza. Stretching that cheez to its limit!

Bloggers Unite: Aunt Josefina (yes my hair is a reddish color! Note to self: don't try a new hair color while your hubby is napping. It disorients them.) Leslee and Uncle Joe

Peanut "fell" in the Town Branch where we were playing. (I think she did it on purpose to get wet!)

Lesee and CarlyJo cooling off in the Town Branch

As you can see we had a great time. The children got along wonderfully and I was so nervous I chattered the whole time and Leslee could barely get a word in edge wise. We laughed so much my mouth hurt when we left. :o) That is a good thing!

There were some interesting folks there too. I'll direct you to Leslee's blog to read about them.

We left after about 3 1/2 hours of fun and promised we would do it again soon.

Thank you Leslee for making time to play with us. We had a great time and we look forward to seeing you and Peanut (and maybe Nickel next time) again soon.

  2. Ok, no one would've said anything about the red hair if you hadn't mentioned it first!

That picture of the three of us turned out really good. Of course, I think I look fat in the one in the branch, but oh well.

We had a lot of fun, and I didn't think you talked too much. I have a way of doing that to people sometimes. You can as my friend Brande.

Thank you for taking the time to drive to town and eat and play with us!

  5. Emma: I have a frame bought but nothing printed out to put in it yet. I got the idea from you a while back. :o)

Leslee: pencil us in for another escapade on your next visit!

Susie: Nickel would be Leslee's hubby.

Raggedy: I love red hair. My brothers have red hair and I have always wanted to try it. I like it now that it has washed out a bit. Good thing I tried the temporary wash!

  6. AJ, I never would've known that it wasn't your real color if you hadn't walked in freaking out about seeing it in the sunlight!

Raggedy, thank you so much, I think Peanut's precious too. Especially when she's sleeping!

  7. Leslee you have to admit, it was REALLY red! :o) All children are precious when they are sleeping. Even my eldest "child" is pretty sweet when he is sleeping, except when he is "snorking" heehee!

  8. At least it wasn't an "accidental" fall into a mudpuddle.

I've been fortunate enough to meet a few of my online friends. We were all a little nervous (think blind date) but they were just as wonderful in person.

  10. granny, if she had "accidentally" fallen into a mud puddle she would've WALKED back to her Nana's house which was over 20 miles away!
