Don't you find it funny to be in a quiet office and this prissy proper person standing in front of you has a cell phone ringing to Nickelback's Rock Star?? I do.
Can't you tell alot about a person by their cell phone ring? You can deduce what kind of music they like, how good their hearing is and what they think of the caller, all in one tiny little ring.
I don't have a crazy ring tone yet. I am still searching for that perfect one to describe me. Maybe "Feelin Good" by Michael Buble?? Susudio by Phil Collins...BTW I know I spelled it wrong.....
What is your ring tone and for whom doeth it chime??
my ring tone is just the standard thing that is as non annoying as possible. nothing special for different people, where have I gone wrong?
ReplyDeletethere is a meme for you to do at my place
I have a special ringtone called Hot Girl In Love that rings when brett calls
ReplyDeleteYou can tell by my ring tone that I am too lazy to figure out how to add a better ring tone than just using a standard one provided by the phone.
ReplyDeleteI just use a regular ring that came with the phone. I am a boring like that.
ReplyDeleteHubby has downloaded a morse code program and he put one of those on his phone for a ring. He wouldn't be able to hear a regular ring where he works so this is great.
I hope you had a happy Easter!
Huggles and Love from our home to yours,
Raggedy
I don't have a cell phone!
ReplyDeleteANP:hmmm I used to have that song on my cell phone, til i realized what they were actually saying. i just liked it cause it said "Mama"
ReplyDeleteNow it sings "I Can Only Imagine".
If I had a ring for my MIL it would definitely be an Elvis song.
Beanie: I only have a special ring tone for a few people. The ringtone has to be somewhat representative of that person. My "home" ringtone sounds like an Australian Aborigines dance....somewhat like my home life...wild and crazy!!
Susie: HAHA and he doesn't even know it because he doesn't call you when he is with you.
Jenn: Just ask any 5 year old at church and they can change it for you.
Raggedy: hubbies are good for that (among other things) Happy Easter to you to.
R: I have an old celly I will send you and you can at least LOOK like you have one. :o) haha My daughter did that- took an old fake phone to school so everyone would think she had a phone. heehee
Feelin Good isn't one of the ring tones offered by Michael Buble but you can go to his website and listen to the ones he does offer. Like Moondance and Home.
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about the cussing now...one of the ringtones... bad.
And you do have a funky ring tone. I don't remeber what it was but it did make me raise an eyebrow when I heard this weekend...
I just bought (yes, bought for all those cheapos!) a new ring tone today. It's Blake Lewis' "Time of the Seasons" from this year's American Idol. He has a great voice!!! I wanted Feelin Good too but it wasn't offered from Cingular or Michaelbuble.com so I went with Blake.
ReplyDeleteYou've inspired me to do a post. I'll even link you.
ReplyDeleteI just listened to the Bohemian Rhapsody again and it says "Mama Oooooooooo didn't mean to make you cry, if I'm not back tomorrow, carry on ...carry on" No bad stuff on my celly!!
ReplyDeleteLeslee: I'll let you blue-tooth me next time I see you.
Emma: Can't wait to see it!
Mine is something jazzy, but not too much. But when PR calls, it's a FANFARE!
ReplyDeleteKarina just got a new Motorola and changed it the first time she heard it ring: "Hellooo Moto!" (deep drawl)
ReplyDeleteNever thought such a strange ring would actually COME with a phone.
I had the same basic phone for the past 4 or 5 years. My wife and I finally upgraded and I quickly figured out what programs i could use to make my own rings. It currently belts out Blondi's "Call me" chorus for a good 25-30 seconds. And just for fun I have a 40 second segment of "dueling banjos"... but the skies the limit now :)
ReplyDeleteI'll blue tooth you right in the kisser....lol
