Love~ First or Last?

Men always want to be a woman's first love. Women like to be a man's last romance

Me & Min

This is my BFF from Middle School to HS, Mindi. She lived down the street from us on Irene Lane. We had many adventures over the years, including boys, softball, basketball, boys, driving in my dad's jeep, walking all over creation, boys, Colorguard, summer band camp, boys, church camp and oh yes, boys.

We may not be in touch every day, but she is still considered one of my closest friends. It's amazing to me that when we get together (which is not near enough) we can just slip right back into a level of comfortable friendship.

An upperclassman took this picture and posted it to Facebook. I was so glad to find it this week!

What the Hail!? or Hail Storm 5-10-10 Moore OK

These 'hail balls' look alien-ish

This is the biggest piece of hail I have ever seen. Glad I didn't see it hurling toward me or mine!

It hit so hard it left a divot!

None of this hail reached us in Ft Gibson. It was in the Oklahoma City area. (these particular photos were taken in Moore, OK, south of OKC) It seems OKC always gets the brunt of storms. We have friends in the area and we always worry about their safety when we hear of weather like this. Thankfully no friends of ours were hurt. One great thing about living in Oklahoma, there is never a dull moment in the weather!

The One with Art

I grew up with a beautiful little girl named Tracey. She grew up to be a fantabulous artist. We all knew she was destined to be an artist.....take a look at her work and you will see why. So beautiful......just like her.

Portable Coffee

Shopping in Staples last night I stumbled across these wonderful little candies: Bali's Best Coffee Candy. It's like a little teeny cuppa coffee you can carry in your purse!! It was very tasty and all Joes over the age of 10 loved them.
